What is a
CLO User Summit?
CLO User Summit is an event to bring together the CLO enterprise user community together and a forum to discuss, interact and debate on topics related to our strength, our users. The first edition of the India CLO User Summit will be a two day event consisting of a Pre-summit Masterclass and the main event.
Is it a paid event?
No, the CLO User Summit is not a paid event however we suggest budgeting in advance for travel and accommodation as this is a two day event in the city of Bengaluru which may require some of the attendees to travel.
Is this event for just CLO users?
While the event is to highlight the CLO user community, the event is open to everyone who is CLO curious, in case you have any questions regarding the attendees, please contact in.bizdev@clo3d.com.
Where can I get the invitation letter from for the Visa Application?
Please reach out to in.bizdev@clo3d.com from your official email address for any questions regarding the same.
What is the duration of the event?
The CLO User Summit will be a two day event which will go on from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on both days i.e, Masterclass and User Summit.
Will meals be provided?
Yes, we have some amazing food awaiting you and a few treats as well.
Do I need to bring my laptop for masterclass or user summit?
No. Bringing laptops/systems will not be required nor encouraged for the event.
What is the maximum no. of people that can come from one company?
The current limit n+2 where n= no. of licenses. In case a company wishes to bring more than 7 people given that their number of licenses are more than 7, please get in touch with in.bizdev@clo3d.com from your official email ID for guidance.
Will I be allowed to the event if I haven't registered?
No, registration is a mandatory requirement for entry to the event.
Can we get a list of companies attending the event?
As the list is confidential, please reach out to in.bizdev@clo3d.com for any questions regarding the companies attending the event.
Is it necessary to attend the masterclass to attend the event?
No. Our masterclass is only for CLO users and is not a mandate to attend the user summit. You may attend both the masterclass and user summit or only the user summit. Your access will be based on your registration.
Can a beginner attend masterclass?
No, the masterclass would require a user to at least have 1 year of experience using CLO.
Although, users of all level are welcome to attend the second day of the event which is the summit.
Will our CLO doubts be cleared during the event?
As much as we would like to cover everything and clarify all doubts there is only so much time and a lot to cover therefore we won’t be able to clear CLO related doubts during the event. In case you have any queries regarding the eCLOsystem, please reach out to india_support@clo3d.com.
